One of our most popular products is buckwheat flour, which is used in the manufacturing of many baked goods including noodles and pancakes. In recent times, buckwheat has even been used in the production of gluten-free beer!

Milled using modern technology, our buckwheat is stone ground into flour and packed as per customer specifications. The operation takes place in a fully enclosed, indoor environment and is not subject to environmental factors. The stone ground flour passes through an internal sieve, which can be set to the micron size if specified by the customer.
The finished product is packed in multi-wall paper sacks as per customer specifications in relation to package size and pallet configuration. Our buckwheat flour product is free from additives and no additional processing takes place.
